I’ve been gone too long

Counting all my wrongs

Wandering in my ways

Suffering through some days

Can’t hold onto pride

I’ve got no place to hide

I humbly seek your grace

On me you’ll lift your face

I walk to you, to me you run

You smile to see your long lost son

This feast of joy has just begun

Heaven’s glory hallelujahs go on and on

With my very eyes

I finally visualize

Perfection that you gave

This heaven for me made

Now, I’ve made it home

Home, in my Savior’s arms

Now, I’ve made it home

Home, where I know I belong.
